• Estimation and drafting of the budget for the proposed design-concept divided by room and expressed in sqm. for each room.
• Room metric survey with 3D Scan technology to ensure a better and exact design project , with 3D CAD drawing of the current room situation without margins of errors.
• Realization of architectural and design project in details for the final result indicating every aesthetic detail and structural parts of furniture and furnishing, expressed through drawing with right scale and ready to be submitted to the suppliers, for quotation regarding the walls, ceilings and floors, technical documents of the works and all necessary materials for the project.
• Study and design of positioning for the parts in view of traditional heating system, water and sanitary system in according to the distribution rooms design drawing and architectural detail.
• Study and design of positioning for the parts in view of air ventilation, air conditioning system, audio system, video system, video surveillance and intrusion detection.
• Study and design of lighting system and light models, position and quantity, lumens and light tonality.
• Reverse engineering through 3D design project, construction details, working drawings with measures, bill of materials, elements for the production and supply to the project.
